All dog parents love spoiling their fur-babies. It’s very similar to raising a child – you only want what’s the best for them. We throw them parties during their birthdays. Anything that will make them happy. How about going the extra mile by taking them to a dog-themed festival? Yes, that’s a thing. Seriously.
If you live in Dallas or willing to travel to give your pets one of the best days of their lives, the Puptopia Festival is the place to be. This dog-themed festival, more like a Coachella for dogs, will make its debut in Dallas’ Main Street Garden Park on March 21, 2020. It’s a day-long shindig that aims to entertain dogs across the city with fun-filled activities such as aromatherapy services and doggie massages.
According to Puptopia, the event is a curated experience that will let dogs touch and feel all the best trends while indulging in their fantasies. There will be nine-foot-tall fire hydrants and giant bowls filled with kibble balls for some doggy photo-ops. Dog owners need not worry about any of the activities as these are all scientifically studied and proven to make dogs happy.
Both you and your pet can also enjoy several dog-themed shows at the festival’s main stage. Performances will include a dog stunt show that will showcase dog talents in jumping, racing, flying frisbees, dock diving, and other agility tricks. There’s also a K9 lounge with a complete bar for you to get drinks – for people and dogs!
The festival will also come to other Texas cities such as Houston and Austin. Tickets for this event are now on sale for only $25, which covers one person and one dog. Make sure to check out the list of rules as your dogs are required some shots and need to have leashes during the event.
